Hmmmmm....you're testing me, huh?>g< GTAX, VII

From the doghouse:

GTAX:
OK , so I'm still bullish on this one. Blue Sky country has its limits but it still has room to the IL, and if volume continues I think the blast is not yet over. It has beautifully broken an IHS stoch neckline and rising. Has crossed the SMI threshold ans rising. The 34,13 MACD is crossed and rising. ADX and OBV same, same. GTAX moves up in these steep steps and then hangs out , and then does it again.

VII:
I see a head an shoulder that had it's downtrend neckline tested and aborted on heavy volume. An aborted H&S can lead to another price high. Broke through recent down trend also. This looks major bullish to me. OBV crossed its avg and 3 RSI broke its down trend. Appears as if stochs are swingin around too. A move could be lurking round the corner.

remember TA is an art, you are either a hero or a goat, but you're always an artist!

FaxSav Introduces the Virtual Fax Server

Harnessing Internet Technology Now Allows a Completely Scalable Desktop Faxing
Solution for both Sending and Receiving Faxes

EDISON, N.J., March 18 /PRNewswire/ -- FaxSav (Nasdaq: FAXX - news), the world's leading Internet faxing company,
today announced the launch of its second generation of software products and services which complete a fully functional and
accountable Internet faxing solution for PC users. Today's announcement removes the need for companies to invest in costly
fax hardware and software and sharply reduces the associated maintenance and upgrade costs.

FaxSav's new FaxCourier service allows users to receive their faxes to email -- no matter where in the world they happen to
be, and FaxLauncher Pro software allows them to fax documents from any PC through the Internet to any fax machine in the
world. The combination enables customers ranging from global enterprises with thousands of users to the individual road
warrior to communicate via fax with the same ease and convenience as email, but with the reliability and universality of fax.
Both of these capabilities are made possible through the FaxSav Global Internet Fax Network which offers full accountability
for the receipt and delivery of faxes.

Tom Murawski, CEO of FaxSav, commented: ''FaxSav's mission is to offer its customers cost-effective communications
solutions that make them more productive saving them soft and hard dollars in the process. Today we are taking a major step
forward, making the virtual fax server a reality -- all of the benefits of desktop faxing without the investment and maintenance
costs of fax servers.''

Joseph J. Kowalski, President of Capitol Management, a management consulting company based in Hopewell, NJ, said: ''We
have been using FaxSav for all our outbound faxing requirements for over 12 months and have been impressed with how easy
and convenient desktop faxing is around the world. We welcome the new features available with FaxLauncher Pro which will
enable us to personalize our faxes and closely follow their transmission progress. In addition, the capability to receive our faxes
straight to the desktop via FaxCourier is a fantastic service which will both improve productivity and cut out the endless
journeys to the fax machine in search of an expected document.''

About FaxCourier

FaxCourier enables customers to route faxes straight to their email address. A local or toll-free fax number in the FaxSav
Network is allocated to the user. All faxes sent to these numbers are automatically converted to a standard TIFF file format
and forwarded as attachments to email to the customer's email address. Users can view or print their faxes using standard,
freely available TIFF viewing software.

About FaxLauncher Pro

FaxLauncher Pro is an outbound Internet faxing solution that lets users send faxes straight from their PCs, desktops or laptops,
avoiding the need to print out the document and send it from a traditional fax machine or install and use other fax hardware
such as modems or fax servers. FaxLauncher Pro offers customers several key features including:

-- Custom Cover Pages, providing users with the capability to store
their customized cover page, logo, or letterhead in a FaxLauncher
cover page template.
-- Account Code Support, to help users track fax costs by department or
project, via individual numeric codes which are then reported in FaxSav
detail reports.
-- Real-Time Fax Status Checking, giving users the ability to obtain
the delivery status of their fax 'on demand' rather than waiting for
an email delivery notice.
-- Off-line Queuing, giving dial-up users the ability to create faxes
while off-line and send them when they connect to the Internet.
-- Management of Sent Faxes, enabling users to save copies of sent
faxes on computer for future retrieval, or for easy resending or
redirecting.

About FaxSav

Headquartered in Edison, New Jersey, FaxSav is the leading company in the Internet fax market. FaxSav deploys a global
Internet-based network of nodes that enables it to bypass long-distance carrier networks when sending faxes to or from
international areas serviced by these nodes. FaxSav's network currently consists of three major network installations in the US
and Internet nodes in 20 countries.

Through FaxSav's software and global Internet network, customers using fax machines, scanners, network servers, PCs,
MACs, email and the Web can send documents or images over the Internet to any fax machine in the world. Customers thus
benefit from the cost savings associated with Internet faxing over traditional telephony costs while at the same time realizing the
convenience and productivity improvements of working from their desktops.

In 1998, FaxSav's Internet suite of services was named a ''Top Pick'' in PC Computing's list of product selections. FaxSav's
ServerLink product was also named as a CTI Magazine 1997 Product of the Year and an Internet Telephony 1998 Editor's
Choice Award recipient.

The American Facsimile Association (AFAXA) awarded FaxSav its award for Best Enhanced Fax Service Network in both
1998 and 1997.

The Kauffman Group, an enhanced fax technology and services analyst and consulting firm, named FaxSav as the best
point-to-point faxing bureau in 1998.
