DD, Thanks for all of the info. on KRHC. I knew most of it, but somehow missed the insurance thing. I like the stock too, but like you are stuck with no cash for now. We'll keep a keen eye on it though as some friends of mine have a little cash and are anxious for a little more. ADGI: Still playing, for free should get interesting soon. Beefalo's: I could see where they would like Vermont, COLD!!!!!! There are alot of Osterich here in CA. Basically the same market (ya got to love yuppies) Good luck today Ken W
