Steve,
I came across a post, not this thread, where poster says that he bought 250 call options while I found that open interest on that option is only 140 calls. Is it possible to buy options somewhere so they are not included in the open interest by CBOE?

To All Who Responded,
Thanks all of you. I received far more inputs than I expected. To Steve, don't worry I'm keeping my day job. :-) It's my wife who's going to pick of the trading side of the house. At this point I'm not ready to drop everything to try that. I'm going to check out your site this evening to see what's up.
