Agree. As in the next days the market will decide if this was a good deal or not. If it is... yes, another Amazon.com, Yahoo or Excite in the works... if not, well, short term it was worth the fun, I got into this stock with at least a five year horizon.

I value management as the top indicator in determining the value of a stock. That being said I noticed CYCH's Market Cap is 44 times last years revenue(4.5 m), but only 10 times this years est (19 m). With the merger of ICVerify the revenue may be even higher (most likely). Does anyone have numbers on ICVerify?

Paul,

I concur with your observations regarding management. NOW, if there are any "egos" involved let's hope they set them aside and the team melts together rather than melts down. This is always a risk whenever two companies merge, however, I would assume this has been a relatively long courtship and there is a solid comfort level between all the players.
