Regarding Mr Aharoni's "bankruptcy". The man went bankrupt 15 years ago in a foreign country. All of his assets were liquidated there. Bankruptcy of Mr Aharoni happened there, at that time. He was not present, but, his home and all property still in Israel was liquidated by the courts. It was over.
In an effort to get more money, some of his old creditors are trying to recoup their lost investments in Mr Aharoni's prior business, 15 years after the fact.

Pink's attached claim is nonsense. Mr Aharoni did not escape bankruptcy 15 years ago. He was wiped out, and all real property liquidated. It was offical, and over. He started life over with a clean slate, as do 4.3 million people a year do in America alone.
Section 340 of the US Bankruptcy code does not apply here, nor is it being used against Mr Aharoni.
Further, there is the statute of limitations. 7 years maximum except for capital crimes.. The case in question, not a crime, and already resolved by proceedings in Israel, is 15 years old.
The point is Mr Aharoni could have this case against him thrown out in less that 2 minutes. He is not going that route. He is, in fact, trying to settle with his previous investors in a proper fashion.
He could tell them all to get lost and walk away. He isn't.
The man is doing what he considers to be the right and honorable thing. No doubt, pink hasn't a clue as to what I'm saying.

pink:
"Section 340 of the the United States Bankruptcy code provides for foreign parties to pursue actions in bankruptcy court against people who have fled their native country to escape bankruptcy (particularly if the departed in the middle of the night via camelian transport)"

pinks qoute was from a post of his last night, you can search through them.
The history and specifics of Mr Aharoni's past is personal, yet to be found in the extensive magazine articles written about ACRT, and should you wish, call the company. Check it all out for yourself.
