s. batch ,

I enjoy your posts that show how much of Iomega's products are going out the door at Ingrams whse .

Could you put it in perspective as to how much has gone out the door in a previous period to compare with .

When I divide 1,000,000 drives , that Iomega is selling a month at this point in time , by 30 I get a total of 33,333.33 a day 7 days a week .

That is an incredible amount of product that has little value on its own but if I were to say that the Zip was selling at 3,000 a day a year ago and now the numbers are 33,333 . This would give one a better view of what is happening at Iomega .

Yes I am still long IOM ,

Herb

<<I don't have a cluel...just reporting the numbers...if this bothers you i will stop posting or don't read my updates...really...i don't have a clue....it would be nice though.>>

No need to stop reporting the data. I for one take the info at face value and find it informative untill a company press release or quarterly CC. There's no correlation between 1000 Zip's sold in one day and the stock price moving $5 the next day. Heck, more than $550 MM in sales for Q4 didn't move the stock $5 up, rather, moved it $4+ down. Nontheless, the info you post is just an indication of how things are moving in electronic wharehouses and retail channel, IMHO.

You can't please everyone, just post the data and let everyone interpert that data on thier own.

s. batch, sorry, I didn't mean to say your numbers were no good. They are fine. I just don't see how they can be used for investment decisions. Please, keep posting the info, it makes for interesting reading.
