Munch, That comes close to my conservative expectations. Would rather lowball an initial projected estimate. Then everything else is GRAVY! Would also like to know where we can obtain Morton Downey's Invest America ratings. We were looking at about 1% share to bring in about 100K per show. That is probably a very conservative estimate, since the new show "where enemies meet" will be more controversial and therefore, attract a larger audience (hopefully). But, if we knew what kind of numbers he is garnering now it might help us to calculate a basis. As a sidebar to the 4/1 split. If all goes as expected, I wouldn't mind speculating that we will see a recoupment of our preNasdaq Reverse with a post share split once we are profitable. Just thinking out loud again. Kevin

Munch, you were not too agressive IMO. No Mark, I'm not suing anyone, finals suck. Sooomuchfun, the amortizatin doesn't work like you think, and the taxes, whether or not the Myriad acquisition is accounted for from continuing op's revenue or not, is ameliorated. Ira said that the funds for the acquisition of Myriad was already in place, LAST YEAR, probably from the 504 etc. I will respond with numbers tonight, otherwise, a nasty data structures test awaits.
