It was rumored that a suggestion surfaced from the Advisory Board to do a deal with a major was last year when things were really tough. Apparently Terry Turner squashed that idea because any offer would be peanuts at this stage of development. Management is determined to get value from this property first. Some think GE will give up the property within a year, but at a decent price.
