Lets see what else he can do. "As long as his intentions are in the best interests of shareholders", That is the most important issue.

Look. I am going to try to make this as clear as possible:

- Hayton is a venture capitalist. He 'gives' money to 'receive' money.

- Hayton is not working 'in the best interest of the shareholders'. He will never do that. It is against "raison d'etre" for a VC. He works in the best interest of himself. Our goals may coincide at times but never intentionally.

- If I was a VC I would never pay any bleeding heart attention to any amount of shareholder torment I caused. As long as I stayed legit.

Understand these truths and you will be better equipped to navigate the high seas of fincance.

Understand that Zulu and possibly ESVS is daid without active external funding at this point. Haytons wish is Zulus command.

As long as Hayton is laying low and biding his time we will have predictable stock action. When he decides to act people are going to get bruised.

These are facts - deal with them. Money controls Zulu. Simple as that.
