Tony, sorry I didn't respond sooner, I don't check this thread every day. I don't know if ROS has a website, I haven't done any research into it because I don't own any ROS and I have no plans (or funds) to purchase any in the near future. There was an article about ROS in the Market Week section of Barron's by Peter DuBois just a few weeks ago, I don't remember the exact date of the issue but I'm sure it was at the end of February or the beginning of March. As I mentioned earlier, I do own some Lukoil and they have a thread which can be easily found by doing a Yahoo search ( I don't have the link to put it in here). Hope this is helpful.
