You haven't been to a Wal-Mart have you? Many items sell for much more than that. Wal-Mart sells guns in certain stores. Wal-Mart sells stereos and TVs costing much more than that. The neon kit product is just another "cool" accessory like a pair of $100 sneakers. You don't see sneakers going out of fashion do you? Young people spend their money on things, that to older folks (parents), defies belief.

No, that is not a lot of money for WalMart customers! And these products are sold in other places as well. WalMart customers come in all shapes and sizes. I would hate to think affluence would make a person feel "too good" for this or any other dept store.
