Bosco:The timetable and our future will be decided by the courts. Because of convergent Technologies the TELCO's have been hit. Circuit switch Voice is being replaced by Packet switched data. The TELCO's have a case in Court regards the legality of others to use their circuits for rePacketed data. In addition they have also have appealed for rate increases(based on volumes) from their ISP vendors. Till these issues are resolved, the modernization of many Networks will be delayed. Companies with cash such as LU NT and CSCO can now only show decent growth by acquisition on a cash basis. Their game plan is to hold out believing the second tier will self destruct. If this cat and mouse game continues for a few more Q's they could be right. Another recession and they have a full bag to choose from.
