bill, if it is expensive, where in the pheromones are they going to get the cash? i will say back in 10/97 conference call after an other lousy earnings and sales annoucement, horgan stated that they wanted to become less dependent on bank financing..now i've been told they will be happy with sales equal to last years--they are counting on higher margins... does anyone think erox could be wrapped up with pherin corp and at the same time have more stock issued. in my humble opinion, pherin is where the future of pheromones will produce the most results. that said erox gets it's pheromones from pherin.

so for now to me it looks like pherin is the master of the science and
erox gets thrown a bone --by corp name only!!??

In at least one stock I have seen, the name change seemed to be an attempt to disassociate itself with a "failed" stock. I set this thread up quickly to ensure that the new name <-> old name association was clear. And it not only seems a waste of money but also poor management decision, IMHO = shouldn't they be concentrating on making their product a success and making money... not spending it!
