Paul, This "bad vol. spike" situation is getting out of hand. We NEED to know the timeline for resolution. It is still occurring, IS server based, and compromises the validity of the data. What other data is bad that we don't notice? If the vol. data can be bad, why not the price data? Since it has been stated that there is no data validation, are we RT guys just flying blind looking FORWARD whereas with delayed you're flying blind looking BACKWARD? This bad data situation has gone on long enough. All we hear are "next release", "they're working on it" et al. It is my contention that I am paying for a service that delivers real time VALID data. It would seem to me that there might be SEC issues involved by disseminating KNOWN invalid data as valid. Not to imply willfull data manipulation but the cause isn't important to me. Months is too long to wait for a response ...
