well I cant comment on the P/L of that program...but I think the entirety of the program is considered even if trade in is unprofitable..and I believe you dont have specifics about CPQ...pls be specific if you actually know for a FACT that it is not an at cost or get as much money as we can program also...I was commenting on them taking in other brand's used hardware as opposed to their own...pls tell me if DELL buys back CPQ's machines
