Tom, Tim, The Good Doctor, now you know me...I'm gonna ask questions about this. My main point of concern is the co's cash state. They will have to dilute the pool to make this deal...they also have some payments to the Kasak government as per the license agreement...they also need cash to rework these "new" well sites...they also need cash to complete the seismic on Chikuduk etc...the bottom line is they need cash which can only be obtained at present by dilution.

The refinery is nice--it's actually up and running--but it's not going to provide the kind of money aipn needs to keep all of its fires going.

Another question...does this indicate--could this indicate--that aipn may actually have something much bigger in the works? My answer: I don't know, but I hope so.
