Interesting post Alan, but I have been sliding towards that opinion anyway. The bottom line is the talk of tons of money (oh boy!), but they won't sign a commitment. They want enough shares in a trust fund to take over, they want to fire the board, all on a nonbinding letter of intent. THAT is the bottom line and all this flowery dog and pony show (in my opinion that's what it is) distracts many from that fundamental fact, they won't commit on paper, why? Because they "may" want to do something else and they don't want to tell us.
