Individual Investor recommends for the year, not the month. No one is suggesting that the price of ACRT has not gone down. However, Individual Investor followed up their original rating the next month by stating it would hit 40 before year end.

Buy a copy of Individual Investor, Jeffry. Read what you are discussing before discussing and you'll have more to say than the nonsense you normally aim at people.
