I'd also ask you what other online advertising companies require(d) outside funding to stay in operation? How many private placements, do you know of, that have gone into other online advertising companies? In this case someone (hayton) has picked up a small but interesting company and bolted SIM onto its side with moneyglue. One cannot immediately compare NETZ with DCLK as DCLK has been operating for a while and is a fully reporting company. NETZ is currently a small company with a big budget that was handed to them. I am afraid that payback will happen before NETZ is ready to stand by itself.
