Gwolf..... You must be a fool in every aspect of the word. Dr. Steel is only my computer name, and only a fool would talk to the company itself and ask them if they have been misleading investors. Were you at the last shareholders meeting ?? Were you there for the empty promises? I think not. You can get a written copy of it and check for yourself. Everything I claimed r can be researched as correct information. Have you gotten a copy of their audit? You probably dont even know how to read one. They have been giving away shares as low as .25 cents to help pay for expenses. Look it up in their audit papers. Is this a company who believes in itself? They have also many warrants floating around . A great deal of these warrants had expired and for no reason known to me, they extended them into march 1999 and cut their strike price to 2.50 from $5. This was done for the people who bought into their secondary offering 2 1/2 years ago. They bought a share and a warrant for $1. I bought shares at market way over a dollar and never received warrants. Look it up in their audit papers. You say they have no debts??? Why do you think they were delinquent in payments to TRW for months before. What the hell do you call the 7 million in financing they got?? Do you think it was given as a gift?? All this is considered debt. A company needs earnings to stay afloat. Have you seen any earnings yet??
