Hello Frank, Just got in from putting in a full day myself! Hope all at IMS are still in gear and moving things ahead, regardless. For you and all the hard working employees at IMS: While we shareholders are struggling for our own stake in this public company, we aren't going to forget your interests for one minute! When the dust clears, you can bet on this, there will be great new incentives for you, for everyone of you. I'm sure you know that from one side of the coin. But you ought to well know, that from our side of the coin- you will be in the driver's seat like never before. For now, hold on to those shares. The winds of kismet blow in many directions. DD
