Spoke to a person at HDST. They're "trying to keep the doors open" and have downsized to just 20 people. Trying to turn around the business but alot of bad press, both justified and unjustified (her words not mine) have hurt the company. No announcement forthcoming 37M shares outstanding. Seems like one more pump and dump scam.
