To any and all people who just can't stomach my postion -

Why is this so hard to communicate. LEGITIMATE AND INTELLIGENT QUESTIONS AND CHALLENGES ARE GOOD. I SAID GOOOOOODDDDDDDDDD. People who need more info or don't understand results are GOOOOOOOODDDDDDDD. People who will find the dark cloud for every silver lining and virtually NEVER give credit to positive news, are VERY VERY VERY conspicuous to me. Based on the last 6 months of activity and a steadily increasing volume and consistancy of data, would you not think that there is something positive to say?

I welcome people looking for more info. I welcome and will actively converse with anyone who wants to debate potentials etc. if we are both in the debate with the intention of understanding an issue and expanding our knowledge.

Can I be any more clear on this?

I have had my own negative comments on those issues where I felt a problems existed, but my overall impression continues to be very positive mainly because Naxos in my mind, has never misrepresented what the potential of the property is. WE have overestimated many times. WE have overanticipated the timing of news. etc. etc. But I have NEVER had, what in retrospect could have been described as, a "hype" conversation with Russ or Kim who I consider to be the voices of Naxos. Because of that, I have developed a sense of trust and so far that trust has never been violated.

I have done my own DD for over 3 years now and again have not run into anything that contradicts in current facts of what Naxos was doing or was trying to do.

I have, for myself, NEVER been hyped on Naxos and in fact have almost never been "sold" or pressured to buy at all.

I have FOR MYSELF what I consider to be very good reasons to trust that the releases have been accurate, legitimate results. Look at the results for the last 4 years of their own testing and look at these newest results. Naxos has a great deal of credibility on that alone. They have not always been clear on all points in their releases and that is improving dramatically, but as to content on results, I have no reason to challenge them.

So, with this in mind, when I see pot shots taken at non issues, or challenges to issues which have been resolved long ago, or resurrecting problems with other properties and assuming that we MUST suffer the same problems, I must question the motivations if the issue, problem, etc. is not relavant or does not match with current events, plans or goals of Naxos. In those cases I post my opinion and make very clear what I understand to be true and what I feel is a fair analysis of the situation.

It is not my job to look for the holes in Naxos. I have done that.

As Henry rightfully points out, much work needs to be done and it will get done. However, Henry's comment is a legitimate, straightforward statement of fact and is not laced with "doubts" that work will be done or "questions" about how it will get done because he has no reason to say that. It is a clear and absolute statement.

If I am still not clear as to where I stand I can't see any other way to describe my position.

Good luck

Tom F.
