In the last CC, Ira stated it was ongoing. 800,000 shares have been purchased already up to a max. of 4,000,000. No time frame was given for completion.

slotman -

What happened to the share buy-back program? On hold or is it a dead issue now?

According to Ira from last CC the buyback program is still in place. However there are several rules that govern this activity to prevent deliberate manipulation of share price - such as they must sit on the BID with their buy order. I would assume that with the recent price erosion that they have been able to pick up some more - which would be a good question for the next CC

Share buy back program. I believe it would be wise to
just forget about it. There are better uses for that
money. Transition funding will be needed to complete the
NASDAQ merger and finalizing MYRIAD. Would also like to see
them put the Texas IRS tax asset lien issue to rest by negotiating
an end to that problem. That way we can go into the new company
with a clean unencumbered company balance sheet free of any
previous litigation.

I hate to speculate as to what Ira's intentions are at this point, but since there has been nothing else said about it from management I would have to assume it is still taking place.

Would be a good question to fax to the company.

Just my opinion
