Mohan, Just got off the phone with Jose David, Investor Relations. Asked him about the announcement, too. Summary of conversation: o ACVC has begun buying DELL computers for installation of their Turn-key voice mail software and distribution to their ~700 dealers. o Quality was the main issue in their decision to move from 2nd tier vendors to DELL. o He estimated annual sales of from 12-15,000 units. o Their fiscal year ends 3/31, and earnings announcement will be due out on May 19.
