=Gerard Klauer Co-Chair Sees 5%-10% Correction In Dow, S&P

Dow Jones News Service via Dow Jones

NEW YORK (Dow Jones)--Gerold Klauer, co-chair of Gerard Klauer Mattison & Co.,
sees a 5% to 10% correction for the Dow Jones Industrial Average and the
Standard & Poor's 500, but said small and mid-cap stocks still have room for
growth.

And while he said a correction would be "healthy," the current rise in stock
prices does not worry him too much because it is not based on speculation.

"The market is still being driven by the fact that investors don't have
anyplace else to put their money right now," he said in an interview on CNBC
Wednesday.

With those market conditions in mind, Klauer named Alza Corp. (AZA), Claire's
Stores (CLE), Hasbro Inc. (HAS) and Wolverine World Wide Inc. (WWW) as
favorites.

This is very ugly. From now on, when the CEO sells, I sell too.
