I can't answer that. If we had all that info. at our disposal we wouldn't be sitting at .60 cents. Get all your questions and fax them to Preferred Marketing for tomorrow's CC. Tomorrow's CC should be interesting to say the least.

Davis, it may just be a case of Ira being overly optimistic about the time frame. As someone here pointed out, don't remember who but there father was a CPA, after the field work is done, all of the trails from the revenues have to be checked out, then an addendum has to be added to note ANY change of business since the time period of the figures for the audit. This is highly plausible since the reuters release clearly stated the NASD merger would be inked this week. I would think this was an important change to the status of the business, and would thus delay the final financials. Jin.

Dave, If you already own this company your aware that we are all flying with blinders on - the craft is on auto-pilot and our captain and a few select crew members are the only ones who know what our final destination is. So far we haven't crashed an burned. I'm content to enjoy the trip - its the landing that concerns us all. We are betting (term used in gambling) that our risk will be amply rewarded.
