Dick
Since the ore is now stored at CMRI and BD no longer is storing it for Naxos, Why would BD deliver it to the labs? That is typically nonsensical

Mr. Hoaxland,

Based on your choice of names, your SI sign-up date, your lack of E-mail address, and your previous contributions to the Naxos thread, I don't believe you are really looking for an answer. Rather you are attempting to distort, twist, and confuse the real issues of the News Release. For the benefits of others, however, I will answer your question.

Paragraph 2 reads

<<The ore samples were recovered from drill hole No. 5 located at the Naxos Franklin Lake
property, Death Valley Junction, California. The material was drilled under the supervision of
Behre Dolbear and turned over to Colorado Mineral Research Institute (CMRI) for processing
under chain of custody. CMRI under chain of custody then forwarded these samples to Ledoux &
Company. >>

As you can simply read, BD turned over the samples to CMRI "UNDER CHAIN OF CUSTODY". Is that simple enough.

I look forward to your next attempt to twist and distort.

Ken Rosenfeld

Hoaxland: My understanding was the BD subcontracted with CMRI to hold and prepare the samples under COC. I believe you are straining very hard to find a problem where there is none. If we read press releases the way you suggest, Naxos has nothing to fear since they did not represent a "complete" chain of custody in the release. We still have a long road to travel, but COC is not an issue. JLA
