Rob I have a question for you are there any other mutual savings banks in the NYC area ripe for a conversion where we should open accounts. Also tell Jeff years ago I actually worked at Independence, my family has accounts there dating back 25 years and I have my mortgage from them and that they are a good bank.

Where did you read that ICBC is 4th most profitable tri-state thrift?

Is anybody else concerned that the earnings per share are low relative to Roslyn and Richmond County? We're looking at a P/E of about 40 right now (whereas Roslyn and Richmond have P/Es around 26-28).
