All the DGIV info you want....and more! I love it how no one reads past SI messages on here. LOL So, I guess I have to sum everything up for the newcomers in one nice, neat message. 1.) Investors Business Daily news article (not paid promo or ad) will be on the front page next week. Either in a broader article on internet telephony with positive references to DGIV, or specific to only DGIV (it is unknown as of yet) 2.)The Outstanding shares are "about 15 million" and the float is 5-6 million shares. 3.) There is a 1.5 million buyback occuring as we speak by DGIV. 4.) This stock is in the internet telephony sector. The closest comparison I can come up with is the OTC stock FTEL. I use this stock in order to make a judgement of where DGIV should be trading at. (FTEL is trading $3.50 -$4.50 recently) 5.) That info you are quoting, Martin is from February 1997 financial statement.. DGIV has issued more stock since then, and is therefore not 11.7 mil outstanding currently. ALWAYS check the date of the information you are looking at. 6.) Never, ever, use Investor Reps or Public Relations rep to guide you as to what a stock price should be for any stock. Remember, their field is marketing/sales...they are not mutual fund managers or stock analysts. 7.) Use IR/PR to find out only more about the company you are interested...to ask questions you may have about news, or interpreting news releases...they are there to help you understand the company. And Jo Elkins is really a friendly, easy to get along with, IR rep. Call her for your investor packet: 1-800-371-9117 (give her my regards) 8.) Digitcom's web site is digitcom.com Guess that's about it. This is a great stock! with wonderful potential... Low float with steady accumulation in the past few days..and yet still, barely known on the internet. Let's start to change that. IMHO this is the bottom floor we are getting into this stock. If DGIV holds .75 today...we are seeing a nice gradual, non-panicky rise. The type I like to take part in. Good Day, and Good Trading! -DavidCG
