Mr. Freilich, It is good to hear from you, even though you are not part of GIFT any longer. I have one quick question for you; is there a law which states a max time period in which a court must set a date? And another question, if the judge does rule in favor of GIFT, how far back in time do the infringements infringe? Is it since the beginning of the patent? Regards, Charles
