I agree with you and I am long on PFG as well; the property will be developed with the only variable being time. I would think the PFG's self declared -Blue Ribbon Board- should be very embarrassed as the movers and shakers of a penny stock on the TSE. Apart from the property value, I got seduced by the value of this management group which is turning out to be a flop. I imagine that the old management group were sold a bill of goods as well.
