Tom-
Since you asked:
I'm long, with a significant position for me, insignificant in the grand scheme of things, and comfortable with the prospects because:
1-Many highly credible traders have very significant long positions, and have posted the results of their extensive research here on this thread.
2-There are almost 1 million shares short, and the shorts have made (to be generous) less than compelling arguments to justify their positions.

Clearly the longs are in the money. Considering the short interest as of 3/1, one would have to assume most of the shorts are in between 10 and 12 dollars, and sweating a fair amount, hence their irrational approach to "research".
If the distribution agreement is truly imminent, this stock has only one direction to go in the mid term, and massive short covering should contribute significantly to the momentum the agreement will initiate.
All IMHO.
