Mr. Metals - Let me ask you a question. If it turns out that KRY has indeed lost their case, will you be happy that so many people here will have lost money? I can understand your relief in not losing money, but do you have to get in our faces about it? Even viper (at least so far) has shown some class in not taunting us.

Regards

bbruin

I think so. One thing I learned early on is that shorters are right 95% of the time. Large short positions are right 99% of the time KRY short position kept growing. Declared shorts are 4 million and estimated shorts are 2 to 5 times that number. Every mining company working in Ven that I talked to keep saying KRY is misleading investors. Call that a fraud if you wish.

Mr Metals:

I don't think this is a scam. I am sure you have followed this thing since the days of Bobby Miller and this is not a dispute involving drill results. As we all know, mining in the Third World, except maybe Peru, is a tough business, so those who like to trade high risk plays have to be nimble. In any event, when the uptrend line broke at C$10.00 you would have been gone anyway, which brings back the old saying that money management is everything no matter what you trade. It sure worked for Bre-X.

I just don't understand why people fall in love and marry their stocks. After all, it's just a game where we can make a lot of money. Being right or wrong doesn't matter, it's the amount of cash in the account that makes my day. There are many days when I think it is a good thing that I know absolutely nothing about mining even though I am around it all day. There are many advantages to only looking at a chart. I can't get emotional because I don't know anything except the symbol. Those little squiggles, price and volume work just fine...and the $$ keeps rolling in.
