basically, i think if you put #1 and #2 together, it's basically to follow your system...

#1 will be valid if you merely follow your sell signal and not take profits too fast.

#2 will be valid if you merely follow your sell signal.. once that sell signal is hit, you carry out the action.. (a la DELL for electric) (didn't mean to pick on you electric)
