Greg and Rich,

This time, it really really stinks. Do they really think they can get away with this? I have called the Tom Childs' office today to find out more details. I have talked to his partner Val and have founded out that a emergency petition from a third party have been filed to halt the transfer of the intellectual right of IMES to IPIE. Val has told me that the investors has a very good chance to win the case and I believe the attorney is very sincere. However, they are not getting enough support from the investors. Please send as much as you can to help out for the expenses. The attorneys are doing the leg work on their own time and please don't expect them to work for you for free. If the attorney's office doesn't think we have a chance, they will not be putting all these hours on their own time to work on the case. If we win the case and get compensated, your donation can be refunded to you.

It is now very obvious that the investors have been cheated all these time. The IMES management board are a group of low life blood hounds and they have no conscience whatsoever. Let's unite and kick those scum's ass. My $100 dollar cheque is on the way.

Please call Tom, Val or Gale at the attorney's office at 1-888-434-5990 and anyone of them can give you a briefing.
Donations can be sent to:
