George, its my understanding that the deal is presently value at around $50, not 60. The reason is that CPQ is trading at around 22 per share. Give this drop from the $60 deal, I can see where the shareholders may vote down the deal. Hell, why give DEC away???

Can you confirm my analysis?

Speaking of dividends in my #3057 I recalled someone saying CPQ pays a small dividend because there are certain funds that can't buy a stock unless it pays a dividend.

If something does happen to the deal, could DEC make enough money to pay out a few pennies and expand it's shareholder base??
