Jeremiah was a bull frog
Was a good friend of mine
I never understood a single word he said
But I helped him a-drink his wine
And he always had some mighty fine wine

Singin'
{Refrain}
Joy to the world
All the boys and girls, now
Joy to the fishes in the deep blue sea
Joy to you and me

If I were the King of the world
Tell you what I'd do
I'd throw away the cars and he bars and the wars
And make sweet love to you

Sing it now
{Refrain}

You know I love the ladies
Love to have my fun
I'm a high night flier and a rainbow rider
And a straight-shooting son of a gun
I said a staight shootin son of a gun

{Refrain repeatedly}

Jeremiah, Viper, Joe B and everyone on this thread:

This is a long message and I am going to break it into three parts. The length of it was freezing my machine capabilities

Ealier this week I had addressed a letter to Ueili Laupper, Vice President, Sales, Swissray Intenational, Inc. I had critiqued their home pages and found something lacking. I also mentioned that a lot of loyal investors, my self included, were distressed at the lack of news regarding Swissray U.S. sales. He called me back the next day and we covered the whole enchilada on the phone for about a half hour.
RE U.S. sales:
They will have made sales to a minimum of 10 clients to a maximum of 20 or more by June 1998. Their sales staff now covers all the major large cities in the U.S. The nominal amount of these sales will likely exceed $6,000,000 by July 1 of this year. (My interpretation.)
RE: Other sales elsewhere. We did not go into detail but Mr. Laupper
said that the company has entered into sales distribution agreements covering Scandinavia with a major firm there, the balance of Europe with another major firm, and the Middle East and Africa with still another major firm. Formal announcements of these agreements are forthcoming. He did say that the beginning of the sales curve will steadily accelerate because the product has been especially well received.
See next message...... George Yorg

Jeremiah, Viper, Joe B. and everyone on this thread.

Part Three of message from George Y.

RE: Outlook:
Mr. Laupper also discussed briefly the affiliation with Raytheon's Pac
section, stating that it worked and was an interesting and very fast way to communicate images for consultation within seconds of exposure.
We did not discuss finances or profits. I got the impression when talking about prices that there was an adequate profit margin built into their structure. He did say that Swissray was solvent and that they would be able to do more in the way of promotion in the near future, including perhaps, the home pages.. All in all itg was an interesting and illuminating conversation. He is open, frank and totally knowledgeable about his company. We discussed the caliber of his sales force, noting that they had hired persons with a radiological background, with sales ability and the resources to speak to CEOs as well as technicians. When I said that such qualified people were hard to find he disagreed, saying that they had had little trouble getting the good ones. I believe that speaks well for the company's future because it seems to have attracted the best in representation.
Thanks for listening and good investing.
Regards,
George Yorg
