The potential downside is always zero...as I said to Mr Metals, when the uptrend line broke at C$10.00 you would have been gone anyway, which brings back the old saying that money management is everything no matter what you trade. It sure worked for Bre-X.

I just don't understand why people fall in love and marry their stocks. After all, it's just a game where we can make a lot of money. Being right or wrong doesn't matter, it's the amount of cash in the account that makes my day. There are many days when I think it is a good thing that I know absolutely nothing about mining even though I am around it all day. There are many advantages to only looking at a chart. I can't get emotional because I don't know anything except the symbol. Those little squiggles, price and volume work just fine...and the $$ keeps rolling in.

Remember: Shoot first, ask why later, because when the "why" is known, it is too late.

Hi Kimberely. With the risk of looking stupid here, I would like to make one statement.

I have read all the information presented here. I see nothing that has changed the dispute, absolutely nothing. I believe there is only two groups that knows what is going on. That has not changed.

KRY knows what is submitted to the SC Ven, and;
the Supreme court knows what is before them.

Now why only two groups knows, still amazes me!!

I am neither long, short,(or even medium) KRY or PDG. I hold no shares in either company.

"the price almost always tells"

Kimberley, with all due respect, this statement is always trotted out by technicians after the fact. Predicting the past is simple...predicting the future is a bit more difficult, especially with these manipulated mining plays. Case in point, the last 2 times KRY tanked, it recovered just as fast and went to new highs (July and January). Explain to me how you would have seen either the uptrend ending abruptly or the recovery after the drop using price action?

Some on the thread may be surprised to hear me saying this, but please don't misinterpret my statement and think I have changed my views. I still believe that KRY is too big a risk for reasons I've already stated. Anyway, good luck to all.
