Baird, These are tough waters to swim in unless you are able to take a long term view.

I couldn't agree with you more, but I had an interesting thought (to me, at least). If we're right, and there is no correlation between short-term oil prices and demand for the off-shore drillers and service companies, then at some point the market will discover this and revise valuations. In other words, we really don't depend on a sharp swing upward in the price of oil to justify our investments in these stocks. So, the question is, barring a major increase in oil prices, how long do you think it will take before the general market wakes up to what many of us believe is a legitimate value play?
