Don't kill the messenger. Could someone call to get a confirm
about the story. Trades running 50/50. can't find a trend
either way.

Don't let your emotions get the best of you.
One naysayer comes on and everyone seems to panic.
Please keep in mind Ira's at the helm. His intentions have always been to get this company listed. I for one BELIVE him. I really don't care how he does it.

Regards, Fitz

It sounds like it is all a RUMOR about the merger being off. Maybe someone wants to pick up some shares cheaper by scaring everyone. But even without the merger FAMH has a lot going got it. What I am looking forward to in ADDITION to the merger are the following things:

1. Closing on the Myriad deal
2. The release of the 1997 financials showing an 10.85› eps
3. The opening of the Miama office, which is in the works. And this is a key market.

Personally, I think Ira is doing a very good job keeping the shareholders informed. I think people would not like it if he did not give us information about things that are in the works. But then when he does tell us and things change (which is not unusual when dealing with business negotiations) then he also takes the heat.
