Call Franklin yourself 1-800-FRANKLN. Ask them what is happening. Don't get discouraged if you can't get someone,I've called many times and not had a responce, their busy. Just keep trying you will get thru.

high but waning, bottom line is ftel the company has to perform soon and at this point it appears to be struggling publicallly, thus the serious selling off today
