Jeff Bruss told me over the phone in 1996 that LBOR was a stock he "worked on" a number of years before. I am quite certain it was not a FSS featured stock because his first three were DRYD, CECN and NLMC. The first emails after these "recommendations" summarized the "success" of DRYD, CECN and NLMC with language that made it clear they were the first. Now, in fairness, there were some Canadian stocks listed on his site at the time, and LBOR was there as well, but I never saw, and I don't believe, LBOR was an FSS stock. Good point, however.
