Steve, sure a stock will be continually making all time highs while it is going up, but I just don't buy it then. I wait for it to pull back some. Buy the dips. Maybe you've heard the expression. Well that's my philosophy also. Sure some other people buy at highs on purpose. My impression is these are savvy traders who are watching the market constantly and know what they're doing, like stops, etc. as you mentioned. I don't think Clarkster fits that description, but anyway, I'm sure people have made big money buying at highs. Look at yhoo, aol, amzn, etc. It's just not my style.
