They must be an impressive firm, they've got an AOL E-mail address. <VBG>

RE: New Players - Lawsuit?

Rocky,

>> Yet Another Lawsuit. Are these new players? Kaplan, Kilsheimer & Fox LLP <<

Nope, they issued their first release on 2/9/98.

We're up to nine now:

Kaplan, Kilsheimer & Fox LLP
Kaufman Malchman Kirby & Squire, LLP
Milberg Weiss Bershad Hynes & Lerach LLP
Barrack, Rodos & Bacine
Schiffrin Craig & Barroway, LLP
Stull, Stull & Brody
Rabin & Peckel LLP
Kahn & Associates, Ltd.
Spector & Roseman, P.C.

For what it's worth, three have AOL addresses, three have Netcom addresses, two have addresses with ISP's, and one (Milberg Weiss et. al.) has a company e-mail address.
