Emile
Meir Kahane was the founder of the Jewish Defense League. His famous slogan was "for every Jew a .22" He was widely acknowledged as a person who was far outside the mainstream of Jewish religion and culture. He was an outcast who found a home amongst fringe reactionary types in Isreal. That was after he was basically run out of New York, and before he was murdered. You sound like the Christian bookend to his teachings. You seem to have some philosophies in common.

It is sufficient to say Meir Kahane was hate filled. Growing up in New York I am very familiar with the man and his followers in the JDL. His religous affiliation in no way justified his bigotry but neither does it reflect on other Jews who devoutly love God.

There have been Christians who have been equally vile. The persecutions of the Spanish Inquisition were based on Christian principles. This abuse of Christianity does not condemn other Christians because of the horrors perpetrated in its name.
