After looking at Corel's year end results, I see your point. Lots of cash spent on running the whole operation (selling expenses, advertising and research all went up a lot). If none of this gets trimmed at all, we are in for another losing quarter. I sometimes think they should look back to before accounting 101 and use a little division: no profit divided by 4 quarters=no profit. Like you said, I doubt the profit margin on the software will even come close to making a profit even if they doubled their sales because their expenses have been increasing. They will probably end up making the same amount of money, which is nothing compared to expenses. My brain was telling me to sell at a loss at $4.00, and today we are sitting at lows in the $2.80 Canadian. Lesson learned for me, time to move on I guess.
