Yes, let's wait and wait and wait and..............................for that SCJ decision. The one that reportedly was written in January. The one that Justice Gomez said would be announced in two weeks. Except that was four or five weeks ago! We who own KRY have had to put up with a whole lotta BS. Yet ma¤ana never comes! As shsilb E-Mailed me over the weekend, "Forget Carson, Tuesday is the day". As in yesterday! More BS from all around us, we are surrounded by BS. *Just give us the damn decision!!!* excalibur

Franky I thought this would have taught you something. You are still stuck on the upcoming ruling yielding a "final outcome." This is completely false. Assuming a favorable admission ruling the process of getting KRY in a position to mine LC would take years. I also question the motives and veracity of Rodriguez but he did not LIE about anything. He does understand what is before the court unlike many on this thread. Cheers.
