.......and don't forget the complication to the DUV terminology that the PE/SVGL tools (Micralign and Micrascan) used Hg bulbs for DUV capability. I believe that allows them bragging rights as "most DUV tools produced" ;-) TI2 PS- Very kind and professional post.
