As for Europe, I too found the Smart Money article of interest. Smart Money likes the Scudder Greater European Growth fund -- a caller last weekend asked Bob B. about it; he prefers the Vanguard European fund but the Scudder fund has had an annual gain of 30% for the past 3 years and is having a great 1st quarter '98. Hard to beat.
